That’s right, after almost six years of making and selling groovy glass beads on eBay and at tiki events around the world, including the Tiki Oasis, the Hukilau and the London Luau, BodhiGlass is retiring. Or rather, retiring the name. Bodhi Boy is still going to be making those groovy glass beads; he’ll just be doing it under a new name: FireMonkey Glass.
So why make the change? BodhiGlass was a name originally intended for something else, but when the beads took off, the name was there and it just stuck.
Well, BodhiGlass has now been liberated! Fly, BodhiGlass, fly away!
FireMonkey Glass fits the groove of the work, and FireMonkey Glass always wanted to make beads and other groovy glass, and now it does.
The last of the original BodhiGlass beads will be on eBay until they are all sold, and when they’re gone, FireMonkey Glass will step into the void, providing the world with wickedly groovy hand sculpted cast and flameworked glass, whether the world wants it or not.
